Everything from beginning the renting process, drawing up contracts, creating invoices up to on-location security systems is all managed by our system.

The only thing the renter has to do is to choose the service that they want and the rest of the process is handled by our system. Our software draws up the contract, creates an invoice and if everything is correct then it gives the necessary authorizations to the property for the client. If the customer has any additional questions or if they need an additional services they can manage it all by giving a notification to the system from an application and all of the information is relayed to a designated support employee. All the rest of the communication such as extending the lease or ordering extra services is done automatically through our system without human intervention.
